You should recieve your new points immediately. You can find your points by logging in and going to My Account. If it’s been longer than that, fill out the form below. You and your pet deserve those rewards.
Sometimes your computer’s cache (this is the short-term memory for your browser) will keep you from seeing the most current information, especially if your point total changed since you signed in. If your total seems incorrect, try refreshing your browser window. Or you could sign out, close all browser windows, open a new browser window, and sign back in. If that doesn’t work, let us know by filling out the form below. We’ll get this sorted out.
Every product you purchase is worth 100 points. And every 100 points is worth $1 in monetary value.
If you don’t remember or want to reset your user ID, fill in the form below providing your full name and last order reference number, will will help you with that user ID reset.
Receive a reward for every order and spend it on whatever you please. We let you know how many points each product you will receive if purchased. Once you place your order the relevant number of points will be added to your account and will be ready to use on your next order. They expire from 12 months upon your account creation. You must have an account and be logged in to collect Simbae Points.
Spend the points on any product on our website. Once you have collected some Simbae Points, a new option will appear above your order details on the Cart Page. You can choose when you would like to redeem your points and how many you want to contribute towards your order. Note: You don’t earn points from the postage you pay and you can’t redeem points against postage costs.
Keep track of your Simbae Points.You can log into your account and you will see ‘My Rewards’ on your Dashboard so you can keep track of your rewards. To see the points earned by order, check your ‘Order’ tab and Invoice.
